The project operates under a centralized production structure led by Production, ensuring alignment between creative vision, technical execution, and logistical feasibility. Given the hybrid nature of the project—including physical locations, LED Volume shooting, and realtime virtual production—coordination between departments is structured, hierarchical, and phase-oriented.Â
Department Heads report directly to Production and, where applicable, to the Virtual Production Supervisor, who oversees all virtual and real-time workflows. Creative departments (Writing, Direction, Art, World Building) interface primarily with Production during development, while technical departments (VAD, Real-Time Engine, LED Volume, DIT, VFX) follow a coordinated pipeline validated through testing and rehearsals prior to shooting.
All critical creative and technical decisions are subject to a defined approval process involving Production, Direction, and the relevant department lead. This structure ensures timely decision-making while maintaining creative coherence and technical stability, particularly during summer shooting conditions that require precise planning of resources, schedules, and equipment availability.Â
Communication flows vertically through department heads and horizontally through scheduled coordination meetings, technical reviews, and production briefings. This system minimizes overlaps, anticipates risks, and ensures that information relevant to virtual production, on-set operations, and post-production is shared efficiently across teams.
